UK RESIDENTS ONLY (International returns or exchanges are not permitted, unless the item is proven faulty prior to being sold).
To refund or exchange an item for a different size or colour, make sure the item/items are unused, unwashed, no new scent and with all the original packaging. It is imperative any returned item must be received in a new condition, with any labels still intact, failure to do so will result in your items being sent back to you without exchange or refund.
Any return must take place within 28 days from the date you initially received the order. Returns received after this date will be rejected.
How to return:
For a free return carefully cut out the original label from the mailing bag; using tape attach to a new mailing bag with your items inside. To ensure its return; with a pen circle the return address and put an 'X' through the original shipping address.
Inside your mailing bag will be a return slip, please fill out the information carefully, ensuring all the information is correct, filled and placed inside the bag before sealing.
